The Lodges of the GLB are open to foreign visitors. This certainly applies to Freemasons from the obediences with which we have official relations: these include the Grande Loge de France and the obediences with which the GLB has concluded conventions or friendships, as well as those that are part of the European Masonic Alliance. But this also applies to freemasons from obediences of neighboring countries with whom informal contacts have existed for years, such as the Grand East of the Netherlands.

The Grand Lodge of Belgium only includes men’s lodges. Sister visitors should therefore check in advance which activities they can participate in.

According to ancient Masonic tradition, the president of the Lodge determines who has access to the lodge. It is important to be able to demonstrate your Masonic identity with a recent document.
